Return & Exchange Policy
We usually take 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process orders for shipping. Personalized (custom) orders take 1 - 2 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order. We will contact you via a text message with the phone number you provide to inform you of the delivery/shipping dispatch and arrival time.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. We work hard to complete orders as promptly as we can. Recognize that we are a human team, using human hands and human minds therefore we aren't flawless.

"The Best Or Nothing." We want you to be happy therefore if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from 1v1 Garments and wish to return it for a refund, we accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email as as soon as possible at 1v1garments@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
